ARISE Together in Christ

ARISE is a small-group scripture-based experience that is organized around specific liturgical seasons, with each cycle focusing on a compelling topic related to Christian spirituality and discipleship. Our team at RENEW is ready to help you launch this parish-renewal endeavor and transform your community. We will support you in identifying facilitators, training leaders, piquing the interest of parishioners, and making ARISE a success!

Small Christian Communities Participants form small faith-sharing groups (6-8 people) within their parish communities to meet often and discuss and reflect on various aspects of their faith journey.

Seasonal Themes The program is organized around specific seasons or cycles, with each cycle focusing on a particular theme or topic related to Catholic spirituality and discipleship.

Scripture-Based ARISE is firmly rooted in the Catholic tradition of engaging with Scripture.

Prayer and Reflection Through guided prayer, ARISE encourages personal reflection and small group discussions.

Community Building Strengthen parish communities by fostering deeper connections among participants.

The ARISE experience has been an overwhelmingly positive experience for the community of Holy Trinity Parish. The number one impact was the effect of faith-sharing on the daily life of the participants. They were able to express things in a safe and caring environment and share in other people's religious journeys; these sessions truly helped all participants be more open to salvation in Christ.

The greatest outcome of ARISE at Holy Trinity was the renewed sense of community experienced in the Eucharist.
